• 50% of the fee is due in advance.
• The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Bizidencia LLC, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software, are the property of Bizidencia LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for their internal business purposes.

8. Termination of Services

To terminate the service, clients must communicate their intention to terminate by sending an email to [email protected].

9. Liability

• Disclaimers of Warranties: Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Limits on Damages: Bizidencia LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our services and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
